I enjoyed Theme Park Smarts but as a person who didn't know what "ERT" meant it was aggravating that the real answer wasn't provided after he got it wrong.
I know what it is now because of Google but when I'm mid-run and I want to reach through the phone and yell "WHAT DOES IT STAND FOR?" it's not good.
Still love the show!
